More easy Christmas appetisers in the shape of wreaths! If you have one large round baking dish and a smaller ramekin, you can use the smaller ramekin as a place to hold your serving forks. Instead of just rosemary, add a medley of green herbs like mint, dill or even applemint leaves. Add heat by adding some birds eye chillis and don’t worry too much about it being too hot. The cheese will help cool off the spiciness pretty quickly.

Start by rolling two pieces of puff pastry separately into rectangles before cutting them into tall triangles. Use some dusting flour to keep the two from sticking with each other. This beautiful show stopper is pretty much like the pine cone cheese dip mentioned earlier, except this time it is covered with basil leaves and halved cherry tomatoes. To make this appetiser, mix in fillers like herbs, spring onions, chives or chopped bacon together with your cheese until it has the consistency that can be easily mouldable. Cover with basil leaves and let it set in the fridge. Stick the cherry tomatoes on with toothpicks just before serving.
