Singapore Art Week: Pop Up Bistro at SAM
The Bistro at SAM was set up support the various art activities being held in the area in conjunction with Singapore Art Week. Foodies will be excited to know that vendors will be serving up fusion-takes on popular local delicacies, like Green Curry Chicken Ramen, and mouthwatering options like Beef Steak Slices on Fries and Fresh Prawns from Thailand.
Want dessert? Durian-lovers can buy Mao Shan Wang Ice Cream with Gold Foil at the Bistro, along with other durian desserts.

Make an outing out of the night by checking out the local art events right at SAM!
SAM is holding its Open House on 16 and 17 Feb. Get free viewings of various artworks, like the new graffiti piece commissioned by the SAM, FreeThem by the artist TraseOne.
The Bistro only closes at 10pm each night. Perfect to get your grub on a night-out downtown with your friends.
