Revamped Tim Ho Wan menu now available at all Singapore outlets
The Hong Kong-style dim sum franchise's new menu features upgraded classics and new-to-menu Cantonese favourites that are available islandwide.

Upgraded favourites on the new Tim Ho Wan menu
The new Tim Ho Wan menu was the result of the “countless rounds of R&D” the brand conducted together with Chef Mak Kwai Pui and Chef Leung Fai Keung. The two chefs were the ones who led Tim Ho Wan to its first Michelin Star.
Among the upgraded menu items include the Baked BBQ Pork Buns which has been tweaked to replicate the same pork buns as the Tim Ho Wan in Hong Kong.
Other improved menu items are the BBQ Pork Rice Rolls (S$5.50), Glutinous Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf (S$5.80), Pan-fried Radish Cake (S$5.00), Spinach Dumplings with Prawn (S$4.80), and the Prawn & Pork Dumplings (S$4.80).
New items on the revamped Tim Ho Wan Menu
Tim Ho Wan also introduced four new items to their lineup.
New to their dim sum menu is the Pork Dumplings in Hot and Spicy Sauce ($6.00).
Another new item is the Spicy Fried Rice ($7.50) which has eggs, lap cheong (Chinese sausage) and edamame, and the Braised Beef Soup Noodle ($8.80) which is made up of beef and meat tendons that have been braised in a special sauce for three hours.
Another new item on the menu is the Chrysanthemum Aloe Vera Jelly ($4.50) which expands the restaurant’s range of desserts.
The new menu is available at all Tim Ho Wan outlets.
